6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is AI-produced and should be reviewed before use. ViralOrbits does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You retain responsibility for how you use generated content and should verify any business-critical information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the output generated for your account. ViralOrbits retains all rights to the platform, its code, design, and underlying models. You grant ViralOrbits a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralOrbits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms
